Dulse
Dulse is an edible red algae that has been harvested as a source of food for thousands of years, and continues to be popular in Northern Ireland, Iceland, and parts of Canada. It is a good source of minerals and vitamins compared with other vegetables and it contains all trace elements needed by humans and has a high protein content.
