Yohimbe Bark extract
Yohimbe Bark is considered a potent and effective aphrodisiac for both men and women. In men, it is said to be particularly effective in boosting sexual performance. It is particularly useful in cases of impotence and erectile dysfunction, whether brought on by age or stress or fatigue, and is thought to enhance the quality and staying power of erections. Many women have reported significant arousal and increased pleasurable sensations, and it has been helpful in cases of frigidity and lack of sexual interest.
Yohimbe is an evergreen tree, native to the African forests of Nigeria, Cameroon, Gabon and the Congo, and it thrives in moist soil with high humidity in high temperatures, rising to a height of one hundred feet with a breadth of fifty feet. It has a reddish-brown bark, leaves and small flowers, and the bark is collected in the wild (the tree is not believed to be cultivated anywhere) for commercial use in herbal medicine. Yohimbe has been used in traditional African medicine as a potent aphrodisiac, especially treating male erectile disorders, and as a remedy for heart problems, leprosy and other skin conditions.
