How Xtralean Ephedra ECA stack works:
The effects of the ECA Stack (ephedra, caffeine aspirin) in XtraLean are enhanced by a unique combination of supporting herbs and compounds in precise ratio.

| Directions | To use as an energy booster: Take 2 capsules approximately 30 minutes prior to exercise. Price Value Quality I've been using XtraLean on and off for a few years now. I've tried different fat burners before and the side effects were just too much to deal with. XtraLean gives that extra boost needed in the morning. Helps me stay focused for hours on end and is great for energy in the gym. Not to mention it burns fat rapidly like none other. Value Quality Price Heart rate increase of approximately 10 beats for each power zone; do not run out of energy though, seem to just burn more fat; Is a good supplement for training and racing.
Only ever used with training so not sure of effect when just taking the pills without exercise.
