I ordered these on Sunday evening and they arrived (UK) on the friday morning so was very pleased with the delivery time and quality of service.
Me (27yrs old) and my girlfriend (21yrs old) have been taking these for a week now, this is our first experience of ephedrine of any kind, we take one first thing in the morning and one around 2pm, when we first took them we both felt very sick to start with but have since adapted, we're taking them 5 days on and 2 days off (weekends) they do suppress our appetites and you can feel a slight 'buzz' from them as well as a slight raise in body temp, i sweat loads in the gym when i've taken one shortly before going and find they do give an energy boost. I wouldn't recommend taking them any later then 2pm as I took one around 4pm and had an awful night's sleep that night!
When I first started on them I weighed 97.5kgs and in the week I have only gone down to 97kgs, however, my diet hasn't been great this week and I'm doing both weight training as well as CV training simultaneously and am noticing increased muscle mass & definition. My girlfriend weighed 67kgs a week ago and now weighs 66kgs with a slightly better diet but with no exercise of any kind.
I hope that with a better diet this week both my partner and I shed more weight, after all you do only get back what you put in!
Overall I cannot give an accurate recommendation as to whether this is a quality product as I'm only a week in, I guess time will tell and the proof will be in the pudding.......(a healthy pudding) lol

Have had these several times over the last 3-4 years, at first they were so strong i did feel lightheaded and sick but the give you a big boost and really stop u feeling hungry!
So obviously your running around like a looney and not eating nothing, so your gonna lose weight, i ain't so sure about the thermogenisis bit!
I have found having a small snack prior to taking one stops the sicky feeling, and when I go do an hour or so of cardio, I really feel able to go for it and push myself that bit further!

Shipping was brilliant, no dramas with that whatsoever. The product is good, if taken on an empty stomach then you feel a buzz.

I take 2 pills upon waking then supplement with hydroxycut hardcore during the day, and if i train before about 4pm then i'll smash 2 more. Im in the military and when i go on tour these will be a life saver, especially after a few days without sleep.

lol I love my zoom pills...definitely gives a boost to your energy levels. I find it hard to sit still these days and that's got to be having an effect on my overall fitness.
I do recommend you eat something when you take them however, because otherwise you could find yourself feeling somewhat light headed.
