although i can undeniably say these little firecrackers certainly curbed my appetite and i lost about 4lbs in a week, the side effects were not good. I was so jittery and anxious. I could barely string a sentence together and for me thats almost impossible lol. The first few days were the most potent. I was staying awake til 2am and not hungry. But after a week or so the effects gradually wore off although i wasnt hungry. Overall Im glad i bought these to shift half a stone in a couple of weeks, but im not going to buy them again. I just wanted to write a review to let people know how good this product is for getting you into the habit of eating properly and giving you the energy to exercise after a hard days work. I have been using this product on & off for years and it still has a significant effect on suppressing my appetite and my energy levels and I've never exceeded the recommended dose. Considering the great reviews this product has, I expected a quick delivery, a product which will help me loose weight and have not too many side affects.
Let me tell you: product arrived 6 working days later at my place (Netherlands)!
I take 2 pills a day, 1 at 10 and 1 at 12 o'clock and my hunger is taken away. I do eat, however smaller portions, plus I don't eat as many times a day as I did before.
It gives you more energy for a few hours, so I would recommend not to take one after 16.00. Have I lost weight yet? I am taking them now around 6 days, 2 pills a day, WITHOUT jogging, and I lost a few kilo's I think, but will loose more weight, for sure. If I would jog 3 times a week I would loose an extra few kilo's I think, but will start doing this next week. But for 'lazy' dieters, THIS is the product for you, for an acceptable price and super fast delivery!

I've tried various ECA stacks over the years and this has proved to be the most effective for me.
It is not a magic pill but, when combined with a proper diet and regular exercise, it will "DEFINITELY" help you lose weight, especially if you are new to this kind of product.
Two capsules in the morning should do the trick and I wouldn't recommend increasing the dosage; you'll certainly experience loss of appetite, feel very energized and you might even notice an improvement in mental focusing.
Eventually, though, your system is going to adapt and the benefits will gradually fade so it doesn't make sense to take it for extended periods of time. (Posted on 3/4/10)

This is the genuine stuff, works very well, and it was delivered reliably and on time with no fuss.

Note - personally, I have never really bought this supplement for dedicated "fat burning". I simply find the ephedrine plus other ingredients a useful stimulant for:

1) On days when you are feeling a bit exhausted, burned out and unmotivated, a couple of these will get you burning through the most intense workout of your life with tremendous energy.

2) Also useful if you are tired and have a long drive ahead of you!

I use thermalean all the time. mainly for energy. I only take 2 a day 5 days a week. I havnt lost much weight maybe 2 kgs max and i am 71 and 5'5.5 female... My diet isnt perfect tho but it does give me energy to work out. I reckon if my diet was tighter I would loose weight (Posted on 1/30/10)

Thermalean really is an excellent product. I've been using it on and off the past 2 years and I never fail to get results. My appetite is surpressed (but not non-existent) and I have bags of energy. I find I perspire a lot more during exercise (a feeling I like) and can keep going for longer, too.
I'd say be sure to eat well and healthily and drink LOTS of water to keep the tablets working at their best. I take 2 a day, so the packet lasts me ages (any more and I start to feel jittery rather than comfortably energized). This stuff is definitely worth the price, I love it!

Essentially, and for me it is the only addition to my workout that has consistently worked. I have tried other so called thermalean formaulae and they have not worked as well

I do a lot of dancing and as such I need a supplement that gives me energy but does not impact on concentration and with this product I have always found myself able to perform better with a clearer mind. (Posted on 1/7/10)

I had a lot of success with this a couple years back and tried it again, didn't have the same result but that's only because i didn't follow a proper diet. Back then I was on a strict diet and lost a couple stone fairly quickly. So when I ordered this product (I'm in the UK) the first delivery didn't get to me for someone unknown reason.

However Tina in customer services provided me with excellent customer service and sorted out the problem effectively and professionally.

Anyway the product;

This is a great way to lose some weight. I'm not fat but wanted to get rid of some stubborn fat and as far as I can tell it works in two ways;
1. It suppresses your appetite.
2. It stimulates your metabolism.

A side effect is, it also gives you loads of energy!

Just make sure you don't take one after 3pm if you value sleeping at night!

Ordered these as I was looking for something similar to the original Hydroxycut formula. Received them in a vacummed packed bag, which was fine, but doesn't make you feel 100%. After using them for 2 weeks I've noticed a change in appetite but also that they make me feel really nauseaous and give me headaches. I've used Hydroxycut, old and new formulas, for a while and never felt as bad as this. Stopped using them as I simply didn't feel the results warranted feeling so horrible. I'm still looking for something that can deliver like Hydroxycut from 2000 but I've yet to find it! :o( (Posted on 10/1/09)

Brilliant for supressing your appetite, giving energy and melting off the pounds. I've tried others but this is most definitely my favourite. I've used them to lose weight after both of my babies and lost every pound (and a few more) which is a miracle after my huge 56 pound gain on baby number 1!!!!!

Its great product for keeping my weight down, it encourages me to eat less and if I can be bothered to excercise aswell then the fat melts away more rapidly. I am not excessively overweight but I like my food and loathe excercise so this product is ideal for me. I take one tablet mid morning and one about 3pm. I would advise to drink plenty of water, it can cause me to breakout with spots under my skin if not. I do suffer from moodiness on my off days, (I take them for five consecutive days, then one or two off) but its worth it. Have used this product over a five year period, works every time, but better with a break every so often. Have tried other substitues but always come back to Thermalean.
