Price Value Quality took a bit of getting used to as they made me feel very hot (sweaty in fact) but no dizziness or mood swings as with similar products. Not convinced i'll lose much weight and will probably consider go back to thermalean (with mild shakes and moodiness oh dear) in order to lose weight for christmas but good alternative for me and will maybe try again. Price Value Quality Lost a few pounds and have been much more active. How many weeks should I be taking this? I have heard you should go on some weeks and off some weeks?
