Was wondering if Men and Women can safely take these? I bought them a few days ago because My boyfriend was taking them and I saw that he was getting great results. I model so I don't want to get buff or anything.. don't even really need to gain muscle... Just want to loose unwanted fat. and lean up :) Does anyone recommend that I stop taking ripped freak?
