The tablets i purchased did not have ANY of the effects stated. They diddn't suppress my appetite, nor give me any more energy than usual. The only good they did was help my asthma while exercising, opening up my lungs. Other than that absolutely nothing. Such a waste of money. Will Not be visiting this website for any products again. i was very happy with delivery time & customer care. i took 2 tabs per day as was the stated dose.don't think they did very much 4 me,maybe reduced hunger pangs slightly but did'nt feel any more energised than usual. would proberly buy them again,giv them an other chance unless i find something more suted to my needs.
