I have tried many products which claim to have dramatic effects, this product really does work. What I found is that you may not need to take the full recommended amount as the effect of one tablet is so obvious.

I cannot believe that some people have indicated that they did not feel the effects, that’s bizarre. If the effects were any more obvious it would be clear to others you are on a stimulant!

I've used ephedra based supplements in conjunction with exercise and decent eating before with good success but these have had zero effect. Very disappointed especially considering the other reviews! (Posted on 8/8/10)

Been taking them almost a week now.. not feeling much difference, maybe it take a while to get used to, I felt sick for a couple days when i first started.. I get small bursts of energy then it wears off quick and I start to feel tired.. As far as an appetite suppressant it's not as good as the one I tried previously. ive ordered this stuff twice off of century supplements, the quality is top notch, fat has dropped off me. ive only used ECA stacks for 2-3 months, but the results have been immense ! ive gone from 13st.10lbs. (febuary 2010), im not down to 10st.5lbs. (july 2010) most of my body fat has gone and im building nice lean muscle. My six packs starting to show, and im working harder at the gym.
After using century supplements the past two times, i wont be going anywhere else in the future. I have purchased this twice know and it is excellent, i only take 2 before breakfast and i am not looking for the other 2 five hours later. I have lost 1 stone in 7 weeks.
