Had high expectations of product after reviews. Taken for more than 20 days & no weight loss at all & feeling bit bloated on occasions. Did feel really agitated for first 2 days & do think it is having very slight effect but have upped gym routine & water intake so could be that. Definitely be looking for something else next time.
