These I used in my heaviest period, that being fat-realed.
And it`s really been the most effective so far
The result is all good.

You don`t have to be so strict on your diet-program, but it helps-off course.
And no extra supplements are needed.

This product was far to strong for me. I took one before i went to the gym, I felt sick dizzy and felt like this the hole day after only one tablet. I have not taken any more and thrown them away. Would not buy this product again. But i have purchased many products from your company and have been very satisfied, this just did not agree with me. (Posted on 7/1/10)

Great work out supplement, but as stated dont use as a slimming pill! best to eat something light beforehand too as I find it can make you quite giddy on an empty stomach. usually do my cardio on an empty stomach in the mornings however I need to have a light snack if Im to use this supplement, have been using for a few weeks now, no noticeble loss yet but will post a review in a few weeks time :o) (Posted on 6/30/10)

Very good, once taken before exercise you really feel the benefit, work outs were more intense and lasted a lot longer than normal, only had a few but joined a new gym so will start taking properly this week. Good buy x (Posted on 6/2/10)

This is a brilliant ephedra product if you are doing the exercise as well, otherwise your weight stays the same. I found I had to eat a small meal before taking one so that I didnt feel sick. 1 tablet would have an effect for the whole day, I could do my running in the morning and still have energy to play with the kids and do the house work. This is an excellent product for those who genuinely want to burn fat. It should not be treated as a slimming pill; and I personally wouldnt take it unless I was prepared to do at least an hour of cardio. It works, and you really feel it in your performance and see it in the results. But I would only recommend it for people who are going to work out; and I also found it better to take it with a supplement or light meal before training.
