Natural progesterone cream is used to maintain a normal level of progesterone and a balanced ratio of estrogen to progesterone. | Directions | Apply two pumps to dry clean skin (behind the legs, inner arms, upper chest or stomach). First time use if any natural progesterone cream, double the application for the first two months only. Premenopausal: Starting the twelfth day after period begins, apply two pumps of cream daily for 14 days. Stop. Repeat monthly. Postmenopausal: Apply two pumps of cream daily for 21 consecutive days in the month. Stop. Repeat monthly. Add more days and/or cream as needed. Migraines: Apply 1-2 pumps of cream every 3-4 hours. 2 pumps of cream (1 teaspoon) will supply 30 mg of micronized natural progesterone cream USP with a triple strength herbal complex for adrenal support. |
