| Directions | Suggested Use: Be sure to follow "Important Instructions" on the bottle before using Powerdrol. Take 1 Powerdrol capsule daily, use 4 weeks on and 1 week off for a total of 8 weeks (2 bottles). Drink 2 full glasses of red grape or fruit juice within 1 hour after every workout to optimize insulin activity. Consume 1-2 grams of BCAA's after every workout. Take 10-20 grams of creatine daily. Consume 1-2 grams of protein per pound of body weight daily. Train heavy and get plenty of rest. Take L-glutamine after training and before bedtime. |
