| Directions | As a dietary supplement, take 1-2 capsules on an empty stomach before breakfast. Take an additional 1 capsule six to eight hours later on an empty stomach, if needed. Quality Price Value T o be honest, I wasn't even interested in a fat burner, but when I bought some other supplements from Century I started reading this one and I really liked how straight forward the description was and thought I would give it a try. And guess what? It works! gives me that extra boost I was looking for in the gym and on the field. I play rugby and need to outlast and out perform my competition and red stinger does the trick.
