I have had sleeping problems all my life. I have tried everything, like I am sure everyone has with sleeping issues. I am never going to take prescription tabs, and melatonin is the best so far. I am just wondering if there is any other natural formula that is even better? I do get sleep now, but not all the time. (Posted on 9/2/10)

Melatonin is the a great sleep aid. Much better then prescription sleeping pills that you can easily get hooked on and have more side effects. great quality product.
