I take this to cleanse my liver on an ongoing basis. I have read over and over again that the liver is one of the most valuable organs to prevent disease. So I have been taking milk thistle of a long time and there is a noticeable difference in my skin and how I feel. I am sure that this supplement has helped me stay healthy and not get sick. Wonderful supplement for cleansing and detox. Organika is known as a good quality company, so I would recommend this brand and the liquid version. (Posted on 6/22/10)
