My First pack of herbalean worked miracles and i felt energetic and unhungry whilst taking 1 pill every few hours, grazing on a very lean protien diet and very low carbs diet. over a 4-6week period, i dropped a dress size. After a initial break of a couple of weeks, I am now on my second batch,but I have stopped taking them, as something isn't quiet right with them. When i opened the packaging, there was a obvious smell to the tablets, not like my first pack and even though i took the tablets, my stomach was not liking them. So i have given myself a break again. I don't personally believe in fat burners so I didn't purchase these for that reason. The reason why I LOVE these is because they completely take away my food cravings. I have finally had complete control over what I put in my mouth without my mind telling me I need a take away. I am the world's biggest food lover and while on these I have been able to say no to everything easily. I actually made full english breakfast for my partner and didn't even WANT to touch a bite of it.
Only downside is the first day I literally had to force myself to eat anything and I really didn't want to. I also felt a little wired but after one day that settled down. These are great in the mornings, when you wake up and are lacking the motivation to get up to exercise. Under the suggestion of another reviewer, I kept two by my bed with some water. While still half asleep, took the two tablets and was soon fully awake and ready to go running.

As someone who has dieted and exercised everyday for six months, these have produced the more definitive results in two weeks than my six months of struggling.

I was very pleased with the service century supplements provided, Tina was exceptional in providing me with enough information about this product, and the delivery service when I would expect it, as i live in the UK.

As for the product itself, it is a quality product. I have only just started taking 1 a day before morning breakfast and 1 before training and it does get my body temperature up, and helps build-up a sweat in the gym. It is a little expensive on the price front, but i will likely be upping the dose to 4 a day, and trying this again and giving it another go to stay on it for 6 months.

The product arrived in the UK 5 days after ordering which is quite cool. It was vacuum packed in a plastic bag and mailed in an protective envelop which fit in through the mail slot on the door thus saving me a trip to the post office.

Now about the product itself
Gives you the extra edge in the war against fat. Great boost to metabolism and good hunger suppression. I am using this along with the get shredded diet and bodyfat is dropping at about 1% per week. Of course diet and exercise play a huge part but these caps gives you the energy to exercise on a low calorie diet and the hunger suppression gives you the ability to follow a mad low calorie diet. I realized this the hard way when I forgot to take the afternoon dosage to work. It took 4 cups of green tea to just keep awake and was quite hungry that night. One unexpected side effect is the laser like mental focus it gives you. Also the thermogenic effect is quite nice. I just need to wear a t-shirt even when it is cold outside. Its a jumper in a bottle. I take two in the morning and two in the afternoon. I just set two pills near my alarm clock so when it rings in the morning I just pop the pills with a glass full of water and go back to sleep. In about half an hour iI am wide awake and ready for the morning walk.

The only down side is the high cost compared to other ECA stacks. Also some say that when you stop you will feel less energetic for a few days.

So if you are serious about fat loss then go for it. Even though it is expensive you may end up spending less because of the time and effort it will save you to get to your goals. (Posted on 7/17/10)

The product is a little expensive but definitely beneficial. The shipping and handling via Century was fantastic... I was very impressed with the service, including both the shipping and telephone contact.

As for the product itself, you really need to time it correctly and manage all of your other stuff around it ( i.e., meal times, training times, sleep schedules etc) in order to get the best out of the product. I'm not totally sure whether the product is variable or whether other factors affect the effect of the product. Sometimes when you take it the benefit is amazing and other times there is no impact at all BUT this could be as a result of other variables. On balance, its worth a try and I will be re-ordering. Got it in flat, envelope like package, no troubles in customs (Greece).

Does what it says, it makes you feel less hungry, gives you the energy to complete the work out while on low (to extreme low) cals and boosts additional fat burn.

This formula DOES NOT make you feel jittery.


It does bring some mood swings, but mood stabilizes after some days. Also ups your pulse. Mine got from the normal 53 to 79-95.


I would advice though to take it in another way than the recommended: Instead of taking 2 in the morning and 2 in the after noon, I take 1 every 3 hours. Seen slightly better results this way. (Posted on 6/5/10)

I have been using these for 3 and a half months and lost 11kg with no exercise, by only taking 2 first thing in the morning. I would like to lose a bit more weight before my wedding in 3 months, but finding it's getting a bit harder now. I have tried a second dose at lunch time, but find I feel sick. Maybe exercise would do the trick, but I am just far too busy to try fit the gym into my day. If I had more time, this would be the product I would stick with. Great product. (Posted on 2/15/10)

I've tried many ECA stack's over the years and this is one of the better ones I've tried....It does everything it should, warms me up slightly, suppresses my appetite, and gives me a boost during cardio.....The best thing about this one though for me is its the only one that hasn't upset my stomach...normally after a few weeks of use I start to get stomach issues maybe because of the aspirin (White willow) ,but this formula is much better....I've dropped around 1/2" from my waste in a few weeks, but that's with good diet, weights, and cardio. I've tried some other stacks and I like Herbalean the best. It doesn't have as much ephedrine as the others and has other ingredients to help out. Too much ephedrine makes me jittery. I use this product for two weeks now and I must say it's amazing. This product works verry good with cardio and low calorie intake. I use two caps in the morning on a empty stomach 30 min. before morning cardio and two caps with lunch 6 hours later. This product is the best I've tried since the original Xenadrine RFA, I don't feel hungry at all have no palpitations, and the weight has come off I vary the way in which I take it because of work so I end to take 3 aroun 10am and that hold me for the day or if it's a long day 2 as soon as I get up then 1 or 2 about 2-3pm, the only thing is I do feel a bit neasous after taking so always take with food o avoid this feeling, also my breath has become horrible but that is down to not eating so keep gum mints handy and drink pleanty of water because although hate the taste of water I need to drink all the time due to thirst, the product is great have just reordered, have lost a little over stone/14lbs in under a month, definitly recommend (Posted on 4/21/09)
