Guava

It contains a great source of astringent, which helps in binding up the loose bowels. It plays a major role in curing of Diarrhea and dysentery. It contains rich amount of fibers, which helps to clean your intestine system and excretory system.

It helps in maintaining the fluidity of the blood by reducing the cholesterol in the blood and therefore it prevents the blood clotting. As they are rich in fibers and hypoglycemic in nature, helps in reducing the blood pressure. It is also very useful in losing the overweight and makes the people fit.
