Agnus Castus
Agnus Castus, also known as vitex agnus castus (VAC) or chasteberry, has become well-known as a female hormonal regulator . It is extremely helpful in a wide range of pre-menstrual problems such as spots, irritability, breast tenderness, premenstrual migraine and bloating. It can help regulate woman's menstrual cycle, improve fertility, lengthen out a short cycle and even restore menstruation in a woman who has stopped her periods.
