The tablets i purchased did not have ANY of the effects stated. They diddn't suppress my appetite, nor give me any more energy than usual. The only good they did was help my asthma while exercising, opening up my lungs. Other than that absolutely nothing. Such a waste of money. Will Not be visiting this website for any products again. This product, taken very responsibly, is a pretty good replacement drug for ADHD/ADD (Attention deficit/Hyperactivity disorder], due to its chemical structure pretty similar to amphetamines

Firstly, the delivery was quick and very discrete.
Secondly, these pills are very strong and great quality. I've tried ECA stacks from other UK websites, which claimed to have 30mg of Ephedra per pill, however, it was nothing compared to Kaizen Ephedrine HCL.

As for dosage: I am slightly confused, due to the fact that usually a person can take about 24mg of Ephedrine twice daily. This would mean 6 pills. That's what I did and stacked it with 200mg of caffeine. Worked very well for me and I am not overweight. I'm just looking to lose about 5-8 lbs and to tone up after my bulking phase.

I am really curious about the dosage mentioned here.
I would really like to get some feedback. Apparently, I don't want to harm myself.

Ive used this for about a year and like the weight loss effects. I normally take just 2 per day...but with these i needed to have triple that...and that's not something i would like to do on a regular basis. Usually i take 2 per day for about 2 weeks to get rid of my food cravings. then i have a 2mth break and start again. Very effective, i definitely plan to order more!! Take 3 - 4 for a high intensity workout. Also an effective appetite suppressant - found I had little interest in eating very much at all, although it is still possible to eat if necessary. I tend to take four before an evening workout and then not need to eat for the rest of the day. The only problem is that your body becomes tolerant very quickly, so it is necessary to keep upping the dose. these ephedrine really do keep food cravings away! I dont feel they give me more energy when doing a run, but the food side is where i let myself down! I took 1 the first day then needed 2-3 per day after that, i take them 2 in a morning then 1 around 1ish in the afternoon and that works great for me,

80% of weight loss through ephedrine is through it's ability to curb cravings and to increase metabolism (by approx. 3-5%). If you combine the use of ephedrine with a proper diet including high-quality protein (lean beef, game meat, lean chicken, eggs, fish, and whey), essential fats (nuts, seeds, flaxseed oil, fish oils, and krill oil), and fibre-rich carbohydrates (vegetables, fruits, whole grains), you will be able to reach your goal and more importantly, keep the weight off. Always remember to drink lots of water! It is also important to always eat breakfast, and to take your last serving at least 5-6 hrs before you go to bed.

As a rule of thumb, it is recommended that you do not take it for more than 7 consecutive days. Some people take them for 5 straight days on and 2 days off, some opt for a 2 days on followed by 2 days off, or 2 weeks straight followed by one week off. I have taken Ephedrine for the last 9 months on and off.

Yes! I have been working out, just jogging 20 min's a day, and in the week I don't binge or go crazy, just have meals and the odd treat (Chocolate Bar) once or twice a week!!

Hi there.....have just received the EPHEDRINE. 8mg..whats the right dosage for fat burning/ energy boosting. Here it says 1 tablet 3 times a day , not to exceed 4 in 24hrs., ie 32mg.On another site it says take 2 or 3 tablets ie 24mg 3 times a day, ie 72mg. These are the only thing that works for me, within a few weeks the weight dropped off and within a few months i had reached my ideal weight. I have tried many other products and nothing works as good as kaizen ephedrine. You do feel a light headed sometimes but if you start off every other day and build up from there you get use to it. I tried Ephedrine when I hit a rut in my weight loss, having lost 1.5 stone I was stuck at 14 stone for over 3 weeks. 12 days later I am now 13st 3lb after combining with caffeine and aspirin. It has not been problem free, the first few days left me feeling light headed and I had trouble sleeping. I settled on a routine where I had four doses between 6am and 3pm combined with 200mg caffeine and 150mg aspirin with the first 3 doses but not the last. I have found with this program I have more available energy through the day especially when working out, but still sleep at night.
