I love these lil pills!

but make sure you take enough. they are only 8mg per for you newbies who think one lil pill is gonna work. The direction on the packaging is for nasal decongestion.. my nose is fine. I take em, like most people, slimming and to cut my hunger..... So im told up to 30mg per serving is whats needed.. up to 3 times/day. Im doing 3 (24mg) at breakfast and 3 for lunch. I have trid lotsof expensive diet pills, also dangerous ones! I take one after my breakfast and do not feel the need to at tll dinner. I then take another after my low fat dinner and it stopsme snacking in the evening.

I dont always take them every day as I suffer from migraines and they can give you a headache, but it is important to drink lots of water as this prevents this from happening.

Unfortunately, due to recent legal changes, higher strengths of ephedrine are no longer available. I find this product not bad at all, the price is good value for money . The only thing i would say is that you get used to them quite quickly. At first you do feel almost a buzz of energy but after taking them a few times it soon loses the buzz. But you still have improved workout/sport performance just not as intense. The product arrived in well designed packaging in an envelope, I was very pleased to see that the product had come from Canada.
Most other competing "supplement" web pages originate from China and personally I am reluctant to buy from Chinese websites so I was very pleased when I received my product.

I have been using these ephedrine tablets on/off over a period of several years. I have found during periods of aerobic exercise they give me that little bit of extra staying power. I have found that using this product in conjunction with caffeine is particularly effective.
As I recently given up smoking, i was interested in something that would help raise my metabolism and help me burn more calories on top of the exercising im doing. unfortunately as a result of quitting smoking I have gained quite a few pounds. So far I have experimented with the dosages,

Having had a trial experiment with the sports science laboratory department who tested the effects of caffeine supplementation on exercise, Green Tea (another form of caffeine - naturally derived, as opposed to a pill), and also the effects of Ephedrine on exercise intensity and performance.

Now, the conclusions of the experiments (which were all double blind and performed separately with individuals)
was that supplementation of Ephedrine enhanced performance during the Wingate test (anaerobic based performance)
and those who supplemented with caffeine had a longer time till exhaustion in the aerobic tests, and a lower O2 deficit -

Basically put, if you combine the Caffeine and Ephedrine, you have a very effective product.

Century Supplements clearly put "no more than 2 tablets" as a means of protecting themselves legally, as this is the medicated dosage GPs would recommend for those suffering from asthma.
The same way that steroids are given to patients with muscle wasting disorders at medicated dosages. Often times, bodybuilders will be taken in excess of 10 times the dosage, of hormones or oral compounds.

!!! IMPORTANT !!! :Now, in the experiment - to have a noticeably enhanced effect on performance, Caffeine supplementation was maxed at 5mg per KG of bodyweight (i.e, if you weigh 100kgs, your MAX dosage is 500mg of caffeine)
and the ephedrine was maxed at 1mg per KG of bodyweight.
This was 1.5hours, yes 90minutes! before exercise.

You can quite easily half this dosage, half an hour, to 45minutes BEFORE your workout, to SIGNIFICANTLY enhance performance.

OK, so 8mg tablets isn't alot, you could be taking 5 at a time - but you get what you pay for, and I'm prepared to pay more for a higher quality product, which this is - in order to get results.

I will write another review in 2 weeks to see if the effects are prolonged.

I ordered the tablets at the end of July, waiting 5 to 8 days as stated in the delivery. To no avail so I contacted Tina & Dale whom swiftly replied to tell me that I would have to wait 30 days before they could refund or resend my order. So I waited 30 days and they then said they would send the packet out again... I have now been waiting 14+ working days since they said they would send out the packet that got lost. Although they maintained good communication, I am extremely disappointed and do not believe that packets get lost in the post. I am based in Reading, Berkshire, UK. Having been training hard for a month I decided to increase my fat burning. I had trained Monday to Thursday achieving lvl 13 on a cross trainer, heart rate 144 (80% cv) Product arrived on Thursday and I started taking on Friday morning.

Used in conjunction with 200Mg of Caffeine tablets I did my Friday CV session, which is normally poor due to needed a rest day after training all week. I had the most amazing training session, nailed the heart rate at 144 for the whole hour, focus was greatly increased. Achieved lvl 15 for 55 minutes, and then found that instead of being drained at the end of the session and cooling down I went for a 5 minute spring at lvl 20!

After my CV session I still felt amazing, so having taken delivery of some DIY stuff, I had the willpower and incentive to build a fence which took 7 hours! This is a really good product but slightly annoying that you have to take 2+ to get real effects. Brillant when taken with 2 pro plus and 300mg asprin, i think pro plus has about 100mg of caffine in each? but its execllent for workouts and i find myself going on for longer, it helps me control my diet and eat what i set out to eat (and helps me not snack) and i find it helps me concentrate alot too.

This is a perfect supplement! I use it almost everyday. I take my first dose during my breakfast, this dose gives me a real boost (8mg ephedrine + 200mg caffeine). When I eat my lunch I take another dose, and finally one before working out.

Have to say i have tried these ephedrine tablets with caffeine and aspirin tablets and also on there own. For me as i seem to be very greedy they only worked taken with 600mls of caffeine tablets and 400mls of aspirin with 2 tablets. IE 1 Tablet with 300ml of caffeine and 200ml of aspirin... Hubby says i've lost weight but i weigh the same :-( hence my jeans need a belt. Anyone who wants to lose weight and needs a boost...... GO FOR IT AND TRY..... I have been using this product for about 6 months now, I have lost 34lbs and still using. You do need to take a break every 6 weeks tho as yr body does get used to it very quickly. I started off taking 8mg ephedrine HCL with 100mg caffeine 3 times a day, 4 days a week (training days). After a week i doubled the dose.

I wrote a review a couple of weeks ago (below).
I have now been taking the stack for 2 weeks.

It really flipping works. I have lost weight, I have to admit it is difficult to eat, as the tablets completely suppressed my appetite.

BUT, the real deal was my workouts - I take 3 x 8mg Eph + 200mg caffiene, 150mg Aspirin - I was in such a zone with my music on the Ipod, I lifted my CV on the cross trainer several levels higher, and was able to work-out for 30 mins with no problem.

I then sparred for 30 mins, then 30 mins on the weights. I bashed out an extra set on every body part, and was able to increase the weight.

I surfed the net for days - decided on this Company (mainly because of all the positive reviews).

I started using these around xmas and every time they provide me with extra energy and stamina. Certainly lost body fat but also training hard on them. I would not take them in the afternoon however as they can lead to some sleepless evenings. Ordering anything from a little known foreign company through the Internet can be quite daunting.
Will my order arrive? Are my credit card details safe? What about my personal data?

I’ve ordered in February from Century Supplement goods worth over £100.
The order was supposedly shipped in three separate deliveries. But only the first part of my order arrived/ I was sure, I was ripped off!

I’ve then contacted Century Supplements and to be honest expected little or no help.
I’m not a regular customer and live thousands of miles away from their offices.

She apologized immediately.

Firstly, the delivery was quick and very discrete.
Secondly, these pills are very strong and great quality. I've tried ECA stacks from other UK websites, which claimed to have 30mg of Ephedra per pill, however, it was nothing compared to Kaizen Ephedrine HCL.

As for dosage: I am slightly confused, due to the fact that usually a person can take about 24mg of Ephedrine twice daily. This would mean 6 pills. That's what I did and stacked it with 200mg of caffeine. Worked very well for me and I am not overweight. I'm just looking to lose about 5-8 lbs and to tone up after my bulking phase.

I am really curious about the dosage mentioned here.
I would really like to get some feedback. Apparently, I don't want to harm myself.

Very effective, i definitely plan to order more!! Take 3 - 4 for a high intensity workout. Also an effective appetite suppressant - found I had little interest in eating very much at all, although it is still possible to eat if necessary. I tend to take four before an evening workout and then not need to eat for the rest of the day. The only problem is that your body becomes tolerant very quickly, so it is necessary to keep upping the dose. If you combine the use of ephedrine with a proper diet including high-quality protein (lean beef, game meat, lean chicken, eggs, fish, and whey), essential fats (nuts, seeds, flaxseed oil, fish oils, and krill oil), and fibre-rich carbohydrates (vegetables, fruits, whole grains), you will be able to reach your goal and more importantly, keep the weight off. Always remember to drink lots of water! It is also important to always eat breakfast, and to take your last serving at least 5-6 hrs before you go to bed.

As a rule of thumb, it is recommended that you do not take it for more than 7 consecutive days. Some people take them for 5 straight days on and 2 days off, some opt for a 2 days on followed by 2 days off, or 2 weeks straight followed by one week off. Yes! I have been working out, just jogging 20 min's a day, and in the week I don't binge or go crazy, just have meals and the odd treat (Chocolate Bar) once or twice a week!!

At the weekend I eat/drink what I want literally, for example last weekend I had15 can's of Becks and a KFC! And I only put 1 lbs on;

Ephedrine does have side affects though so beware, Nauziness, Salvia shortage, Increased Heartbeat, but my god does it suppress hunger!

Hi there.....have just received the EPHEDRINE. 8mg..whats the right dosage for fat burning/ energy boosting. Here it says 1 tablet 3 times a day , not to exceed 4 in 24hrs., ie 32mg.On another site it says take 2 or 3 tablets ie 24mg 3 times a day, ie 72mg. Little bit consfused and does anyone else take them with the caffeine 200mg? Are the fat burning results increased. Looking to get back to 48kg...60kg at the mo. (Posted on 8/18/09)

These are the only thing that works for me, within a few weeks the weight dropped off and within a few months i had reached my ideal weight. I have tried many other products and nothing works as good as kaizen ephedrine. You do feel a light headed sometimes but if you start off every other day and build up from there you get use to it. I have used this ephedrine product a couple of times now so can't comment on fat loss yet, but what I will say right now is that it helped me lift more weight and for more reps. This product is excellent. I've lost a lot of weight...I'm not sure how much exactly because don't have a scale. I only can see, because my clothes are much to big now. I tried Ephedrine when I hit a rut in my weight loss, having lost 1.5 stone I was stuck at 14 stone for over 3 weeks. 12 days later I am now 13st 3lb after combining with caffeine and aspirin. It has not been problem free, the first few days left me feeling light headed and I had trouble sleeping. I settled on a routine where I had four doses between 6am and 3pm combined with 200mg caffeine and 150mg aspirin with the first 3 doses but not the last. I have found with this program I have more available energy through the day especially when working out, but still sleep at night.
