Cardamom
Cardamom comes from the seeds of a ginger-like plant. It has a strong, unique taste, and has been used as a stimulant and carminative. Its medicinal uses range from relieving stomach dyspepsia, increasing appetite, soothing the mucus membranes, relieving gas and heartburn, and eliminating bad breath.
