Banana

Banana is a good source of fiber, potassium, vitamins B6 and C, manganese, and folate. It is low in sodium, cholesterol, calories, and contains almost no fat. It also provides trace amounts of calcium, zinc, copper, iron, vitamin E, and selenium. It is indeed a very healthy and nutritious fruit.
