Astragalus
Astragalus, latin name of which is Astragalus membranaceus, acts as a tonic and as an antioxidant, and also has an antibacterial, antiviral, and anti-inflammatory properties. It is used to enhance and protect the immune system for respiratory infection prevention, to combat or expel free radicals from the body, to lower blood pressure and eliminate excess water weight, and to strengthen the body against diseases.
