Alpha GPC
Alpha GPC (L-alphaglycerylphosphorylcholine), also known as choline alfoscerate, is a naturally existing phospholipid precursor and metabolite acquired from soy lecithin. Alpha-GPC increases the synthesis and secretion of acetylcholine in the brain. This brain chemical plays an important role in memory and learning functions.
