Aloe Vera
Aloe vera contains lots of vitamins and minerals, enzymes, amino acids, natural sugars and agents which have anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties. Aloe vera is also used to treat infections and burns and is said to improve the immune system and to lower cholesterol.
