What are the shipping costs?
Shipping and handling is from $3.20 to $5.60 per item (depending on ship to country and location)

How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery via Air Mail is 10-15 business days and on the very rare occasion can take up to 45 days.

Do you ship to APO / FPO addresses?
We only provide shipping to civic addresses, to ensure accuracy and speed of delivery.. Make sure you give an address that does not route your order through the United States. We DO NOT ship products to APO or FBO that are not available in the United States.

We ship all products to most countries except the United States, Australia and New Zealand

What if my item is on backorder?
If your item is on backorder, you can choose to change the item or cancel the order at any time. If you ordered more than one item and only part of them is on backorder, we will almost always ship the in-stock items immediately. The backordered item will ship when it becomes available.

What happens if my order gets lost in the mail?
Air Mail is 99.5% reliable. Please check your local postal outlet if the item has been received, as we receive many items that are returned unclaimed. If your package is lost, a claim will be filed with the Post Office 45 days after your item has shipped. If your package is deemed "unrecoverable", we will either send you another order or refund 100% of your purchase.

Privacy is a very serious matter to us. It is true that in order to process your request, we must know basic contact information such as your full name, address, e-mail address, and method of payment. All required information is kept internally and is strictly confidential.

I've lost my password. How do I get a new one?
If you've lost your password, click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link and a new one will be sent to your email address. If you do not see it in your email inbox, please check your junk mail folder. Also keep in mind that the password is "case-sensitive."
