Glossary
Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA)
Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is fatty acid found in red meat and cheese with strong anti-cancer properties, particularly effective in inhibiting breast and prostate tumors, as well as colorectal, stomach, and skin cancer, including melanoma. CLA supplementation was also shown to decrease fat deposition, especially on the abdomen, and to enhance muscle growth.
